APPOINTMENTS

Diamante Estetica encourages you to schedule your appointment at least two weeks in advance to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.  Please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid any delay of our next appointment. While we make every effort to perform your entire procedure on time.  Arriving more than 10 mins late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.  

NEW APPOINTMENTS Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete any documents and/or consents, etc.  

CANCELLATION POLICY Please call 281-868-0113, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid our last minute $50 cancellation fee.  By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.  

GIFT CERTIFICATES & E-GIFT CARDS All Gift Certificates and Electronic Gift Cards are non-refundable, non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.  

PAYMENT POLICY Payments for all individual treatments, procedures are due at the time of each service. All packages must be paid in full at the time of your first treatment for Diamante Estetica to honor package discounts. We do not offer payment plans or financing, however, we do accept CareCredit. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any services, including but not limited to; Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Neurotoxins, Fillers, Microneedling, Dermplaning, Facials, Products, etc.  

TYPES OF PAYMENTS We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.    We DO NOT accept personal checks.  Prices are subject to change without notice. 

REFUND POLICY We do not offer refunds on services rendered.  Packages purchased in advance will be subject to refund approval, based on any treatment(s) rendered from package.  Products: No refunds on products. If there is a documented adverse reaction from the product, then the product may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for an in-store credit only. Defective products (i.e., broken, damaged) may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of purchase.
